S:US is looking for experienced Licensed Therapists to join our Behavioral Health Services

About the Position

The Psychotherapist at S:US is responsible for providing independent assessments and interventions in accord with the client's treatment plan and needs at the clinic site, via Telehealth, or off-site in the community. Some of the most important duties of the Licensed Therapist is the creation and management of care plans as well as the evaluation of the current and future medical needs of the client. You will work alongside the multidisciplinary team in order to to best meet the needs of your caseload consisting of adolescents and young adults living with serious mental illness. Your clinical role will involve assessing clients for potential diagnoses and treatment needs, monitoring progress with treatment goals in order to ensure the effectiveness of prescribed interventions, and educating clients on mental illness, symptoms, and medications. The Psychotherapist also provides crisis intervention to participants in order to reduce symptoms and prevent admission to more restrictive care.

Salary: $61,500 - $67,600 / year

Requirements

  • LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LCAT
  • Able to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 virus
  • Experience with outreach to underserved populations
  • Experience providing direct service to adolescents and young adults with serious mental illness
  • Experience in community-based mental health services
  • Experience with dually diagnosed individuals preferred
  • Experience in Article 31 Mental Health Clinic preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
